  • 教学:借助技术采用群体协同教学的模式来强化教师的教学技能 
  • 基础设施:对所有的学生和教师随时随地可用(人、技术、过程)
  • 生产力:借助技术优势,控制学习成本&改善学习效果 
(2) The impact of the reporting to the current system in the country

(3) The need to speed up technology use in learning
Dr Yu also pointed out the underlying fear of many about the misgivings that technology could bring about... in particular the misuse such as game addiction, porngraphy, engaged in interaction with strangers, etc...
